Refund and Returns Policy for Birthday Crowns

Below is our Refund and Returns Policy, specifically outlining the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted for our Birthday Crown products.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the birthday crown is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The following conditions apply:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the crown must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Non-Returnable: Custom-made or personalized birthday crowns are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned crown, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as for items not in their original condition or missing parts.

3. Exchanges

We only replace birthday crowns if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a crown for the same product, contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will arrange for a replacement. Custom and personalized crowns may be eligible for exchange only if they arrive defective.

4. Damaged or Defective Crowns

If your crown arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of the issue. We will work with you to either send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at with your order number and details about the birthday crown you wish to return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom birthday crowns, these items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced crowns may be refunded. Sale or discounted crowns are not eligible for returns or refunds.

7. Gifts

If the birthday crown was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time frame, please:

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
